Sweet Potato Ravioli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Sweet potato raviolis:

• Our hand made pasta dough

• Roasted sweet potato, thyme, and rosemary filling

• Lemon butter cream sauce

Pasta heating instructions:

• Boil 2qt of water

• Add a generous pinch of salt to the water 

• Add pasta to boiling water for 4-5 minutes

• lightly stir 4 times so pasta dosent stick to the pan 

• Drain pasta then add back to the pot 

• Add sauce and any added meat to the pot (if applicable)

• Turn to medium heat

• Stir/tosss pasta till sauce is warmed thoroughly 30sec-1min
