Ricotta spinach pork agnolotti:

Hand made pasat dough

House made ricotta, fesh spinach, ground pork, and thyme

Sage brown butter sauce
Pasta heating instructions:

Boil 2qt of water
-
Add a generous pinch of salt to the water

Add pasta to boiling water for 4-5 minutes
-
lightly stir 4 times so pasta dosent stick to the pan

Drain pasta then add back to the pot
-
Add sauce and any added meat to the pot (if applicable)

Turn to medium heat
-
Stir/tosss pasta till sauce is warmed thoroughly 30sec-1min
